23.01.2022 Cookies and cream Protein Donuts (V) by @sarahfitfoodie SAVE THIS RECIPE! What’s your favourite donut flavour? Donut dry ingredients:... 70g self-raising flour 50g almond meal 30g coconut flour 15g @brawnaturals chocolate protein 10g cacao powder 35g @natvialiving baking sweetener 1/2 tsp bi-carb soda 1/2 tsp baking powder Donut wet ingredients: 80g unsweetened apple sauce 120ml @almondbreezeaus unsweetened almond milk Glaze ingredients: 100g @loving_earth white chocolate Crushed Oreos Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 175C 2. Combine all wet donut ingredients in a bowl and all dry donut ingredients in a separate bowl 3. Add wet ingredients into dry ingredients bowl and mix until well combined (batter will be thick) 4. Spoon into silicon doughnut pan and gently flatten batter with damp fingers until evenly distributed 5. Bake for 10min 6. Allow to cool completely in pan before removing from pan 7. To make glaze: Melt chocolate in microwave in 30s intervals (stirring between intervals) until melted 8. Dip donuts in chocolate and sprinkle with crushed Oreos

16.01.2022 Nutella protein stuffed choc chip cookie (V) by @sarahfitfoodie These are crunchy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside with an ooze of Nutella Definitely one to save! Cookie recipe:... 110g self raising flour 10g @brawnaturals vanilla protein powder 50g low calorie sugar (or granulated sugar of choice) 1/2 tsp baking soda 50g vegan butter, melted (or coconut oil) 20g rice malt syrup 10g almond milk/water Filling: 50g vegan Nutella frozen (1 tsp each) Directions: 1 Spoon 5 tsp of Nutella on a sheet of baking paper and freeze until solid (~45-60min) 2 Preheat the oven to 180C 3 Make cookie dough by mixing all cookie ingredients in a bowl until a dough forms 4 Roll cookie dough into 5 balls and flatten 5 Place frozen nutella in the middle of each cookie dough disc and gently wrap cookie dough around the nutella. Optional: gently press chocolate chips on top of each cookie dough ball 6 Place cookie dough onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 12-15min 7 Allow cookies to cool for 5min on the tray before allowing to cool on a cooking rack for 15min. Cookies will harden/become chewier once cooled Makes 5 cookies #brawnaturals

We used the Vanilla Ice Cream 100% Lean Whey by @genetixnutrition with Chocolate Flavoured Dip by @waldenfarmsinternational to create a low-sugar, high protein snack!... 30g 100% Lean Whey by Genetix Nutrition (Vanilla Ice Cream) 60ml Unsweetened Almond Milk 1.5 tablespoons Coconut Oil 1 Large Egg 2.5 tablespoons Coconut Flour 2 tablespoons Almond Meal 1 teaspoon Bicarb Soda 1 teaspoon Baking Powder Desired amount Flavoured Dip by Walden Farms (Chocolate) For coating Desiccated Coconut Step 1: Preheat your oven to 180 degrees (celsius) Step 2: Combine the sponge ingredients, mixing well in a medium bowl Step 3: Bake for 10-12 minutes Step 4: Remove from oven and let cool for approximately 10 minutes Step 5: Once the sponge has cooled, coat with the Chocolate Flavoured Dip by Walden Farms Step 6: Roll through the desiccated coconut Step 7: Allow to set in fridge before serving Step 8: Enjoy this protein treat on Australia day! #nutritionwarehouse #nwarmy
