13.01.2022 Why hello 2019! I’m so excited to see what this year has will bring... One thing is for sure though and that is (drumroll ) I’ll be consulting in my very own Private Practice in Bentleigh!!! Woohoo! Okay, so it’s someone else’s building but my practice. ... It’s been a real challenge to get this all up and running...and I still have plenty to do before I can see my first client but for now I’m just excited to have my business registered and logo Wow this was not easy! So thank you for the love and support from friends and my loyal followers. Now I just need to figure this whole website thing out Yay! Wishing you a happy and healthy Nutritious Life for 2019!

When starting a new exercise routine, new habit or lifestyle change, research says it takes 21 days to form a habit. It will take time. Even if you slip up or miss a day (or few) in the new routine, don’t give up.... Tip: start small. Be kind to yourself. If you have a negative thought, swap it out for a positive one.
