21.01.2022 Me on the left with Tania, Gerhard and Mike. Tania works for Woolworths at Ocean Keys, and is rear ramp supervisor. Gerhard is a facilitator with Uniting Care West and Mike is a Volunteer with Men of Hope. We are picking up food kindly donated by Woolworths to help prepare delicious food in our cooking group

Remember no where is it written that Men gave no feelings and are to be the tough, hard straight talker and thinker. They are expected to be the support for others as Men don't Suffer from Mental Health Illness

If you think you can add something to my page that could help people or are a group you would like to post who you are and what you do then please add. I am a client and volunteer. As a volunteer I teach cooking and managing a low income budget. I welcome any persons who can eith...er volunteer a service or some time to my group. We are not funded and rely on donations of food, transport, materials for projects in fact we can make use of any donation. Obviously I never say no to a little bit of coin and when it is donated a post of where it is used will be posted.
