11.01.2022 NEWS Scentsy closed from Christmas to 3 January Scentsy will be closed 25 December through 3 Jan 2021. To allow all Scentsy employees time to enjoy Christmas and New Year’s Day with their loved ones, all Scentsy operations, including Consultant Support, will be closed Friday, 25 December, through Sunday, 3 January.... Some support requests and emails will be processed on 31 December to support the end of the incentive period, and support chat and phone lines will be available with limited staff from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. AEDT that day. The last Product Status List update will be published 22 December by 10 a.m. AEDT. Updates will resume 4 January. Normal business hours will resume Monday, 4 January. Happy holidays from Scentsy, and all the best in the new year!
