25.01.2022 Our budding scientists, happily holding up their results of extracting colour from vegetables, using the process of Chromatography. This hands-on and interactive experiment was part of our Chemistry Workshops last week. Point to note: beetroots were a clear favourite as they produce stronger colour, compared to the chlorophyll from spinach.
