05.02.2022 Hello there! Would you love to take care of yourself and ask for what you need and get what you need, when you need it? If you have sometimes wanted to pause before your mouth blurts out a YES, while your brain is still saying.. I don’t think so?.... Seeing as how everyone is in closer proximity for longer these days, it can be more difficult to build and maintain your nest of normality. Lucky you if you had one of these to start with!! :) You probably know what matters to you and you sometimes struggle to express it? Or, perhaps worry about how it will land. If you would like help to get clarity on your next steps to ask for what you want and to be heard in a way that you will get your needs met without nagging or coming in over the top with what can sound like an order, this group call will help.
