03.01.2022 Most RTO's think that the way to increase revenue and students is to move to an "online" delivery method. Why don't we stop looking for shortcuts and focus on the quality of training delivery. Take more time to focus on the content that our trainers can bring to the table and blend it with the training package requirements. This is where the true magic happens- when trainers have the chance to transfer their industry skills, knowledge and experience. Not by tick and flick exercises within an LMS! What do you think?
