02.01.2022 Self Care Sunday Sunday is a day I like to take slow (if I can) and plan for the following week. Write a plan in my diary and weekly planner, remembering that sometimes it won't go as planned and that's okay and of course use Sunday as a rest day for my skin. This will sometimes look like a bath with a face mask or a nice roll out with a cool face roller.... What's your self-care Sunday routine?
