16.01.2022 Please note the Youth Rally dates have been changed - it will now be held next weekend (May 15-16).

16.01.2022 Parents, As many of you will be aware, the state government is slowly easing restrictions. What does this mean for us?... School will begin this Monday 4th May. However, onsite classes will be running for students: of essential service workers, without facilities for online learning, who need to be at school. What does that mean? The first two points are self-explanatory. The last one is a little more ambiguous. This refers to students who struggle with isolation; not necessarily the students who have run out of things to do and are driving their carers nuts. This is for kids who struggle emotionally with being isolated. I have spoken to a couple of parents who have students like this - they need to be at school. This doesnt mean that they need to be at school full time either. They may only need to be at school 3 days a week. All other student are being strongly encouraged to stay home. A complicating factor in this is the social distancing and the use of the buses. The impact on this is that the Wynyard bus will only be able to carry 8 students and the Ulverstone bus will have a maximum of 15. The students who travel on the buses will need to adhere to the drivers instructions about seating arrangements. I will need anyone who wants to use the bus to call or text me today so that we dont exceed these limits. I know a number of you have indicated that you wish to keep your children home a little longer and that is fine. If some of you wish to drive your child(ren) to school thats fine also. Just let us know. Please keep in mind that if your child shows any signs of sickness (runny nose, coughs, temperature) they are to stay home. This is for the safety of your child and the other students and staff. While at school students will be working through the study packs that have been distributed (so they need to bring them to school). They may be required to work online. 15.01.2022 Last Friday we helped out the fruitpickers who have been doing it tough for the last month. Big thanks to those who have helped out. Huge thanks to Loaves and F...ishes Tasmania for filling up a bus. May God bless you abundantly with more goods to share with people in need. Although the food was appreciated. It is a token to let them know that they are not alone here and we want to help where we can. Please keep them in prayer and if youre able to give time or donations. Please let pastor David know as we try to coordinate assistance for Taliapaea Village.

If you can place the items in a zip lock bag/plastic bag with your childs name on it and they can place it in the marked box in their classroom on Friday or Monday morning.... Many thanks

If they should be found please treat your child/ren hair and remember to wash all towels, pillowcases, sheets, soft toys etc. as these little critters are tough to get rid of.
