18.01.2022 URGENT UPDATE REGARDING STAGE 4 LOCKDOWN! Hello everyone. This is an important message in regards to the delivery of mail. With restrictions imposed on staffing limits, there will be changes to the collection and delivery of mail throughout Victoria. This means that mail being dropped off in store will be collected at an unknown time each day. ... It also means that mail being delivered to customer’s PO Boxes will be delivered at any time throughout the day. We are still open from 8am to 5pm Mondays to Fridays, and also Saturdays 8am to 1pm. We do not know how long mail delivery will be impacted by. We please ask everyone to be patience and understanding during these troubling times. Please start planning ahead for any deliveries required for Father’s Day, any Birthdays or Celebrations that you may need to send a card or present for! Thank you everyone.

12.01.2022 Hello Everyone!!!! We hope everyone is safe and healthy! We would like to give everyone an update with everything going on around Victoria and Australia at the moment. Currently there are delays all throughout Australia that are the result of border closures and staffing limits. Australia Post is doing everything possible to ensure parcels are kept moving however with all retail being directed online, the volume of parcels is quite extreme. ... Please do not stress if tracking online doesn’t show movement for a couple of days, or if your parcel is shown to be sorted through Sydney. There are currently diversions to the sorting facility in Sydney as there are fewer restrictions with staffing limits in NSW. Please make sure you are keeping receipts for all parcels. Please use the Australia Post website to track all parcels online. We are struggling to answer the phone so please visit the website to see where your parcel is. For Father’s Day deliveries please get them in the post as soon as possible. With unknown delays we do not know how long deliveries are taking at the moment. In line with the state requirement - only one member per household may enter the store. We have a store limit of 12 customers inside and all customers must be wearing a face mask and adhere to social distancing rules. In regards to postage - we can predict that there is going to be a massive serge in o...nline parcel. PLEASE BE PATIENT! Please allow extra delivery time. Please be polite to posties and delivery drivers. If you would like to know where your parcel is - enter the tracking number into the Australia Post website. Remember - all parcels come with tracking. Don’t forget that Father’s Day is five weeks away. If you need to organise postage of a present please leave extra time for delivery. If you have a Post Office Box we highly recommend you use your key to collect your mail. The less in store contact the better for us all. We have been extremely busy and are not having much time to answer the phone. If you are calling about parcel tracking, please refer to the Australia Post website.
