20.01.2022 Millars Well Primary School has been very proactive getting on board with the Containers for Change WA scheme. They have 6 purpose bought wheelie bins on school grounds to allow students and families to contribute to their fundraising efforts. If every child brought in just 1 container a day from home, they could earn $150 per week!! The most recent return earning them $61!! ... That’s a huge amount of rubbish saved from landfill Don’t forget Fruit boxes and flavoured milks are redeemable. During their Team Building day, one challenge was to see which team could collect and return the most containers. $7.20 (or 72 containers) was was winning number!
