13.01.2022 Idyllic day at Hazelbrook today, first combined sailing of all 4 NW Tassie DF95s. Thanks to Maurice, Geoff and Lindsay. (88, 179, 74 and me 21). Started out quite calm and drifty, as Maurice said "painted ships on a painted sea". Wind got up nicely after lunch and it was a case of "just one more race, and then another......and another ......

01.01.2022 For anyone going to the Aus wooden Boat show in Hobart, try and visit the display of wooden international one metre Radio Controlled yachts, they are in IXL building, (opposite the fishing boat fleet).. some early racing model yachts there to.. they were controlled from a rowing dinghy..
