11.01.2022 TODAY’S EVERYWOMAN BEAUTY ROOM TIP: In my experience as a beauty Therapist, I've found that many women/girls don't take care of their skin properly. This is mainly due to not knowing how, not having the right products for their skin, & feeling that they don't have enough time to do it. Well, a lot of us are spending a lot of time at home right now & that means that WE DO HAVE THE TIME! I am happy to share with you my tips for healthy skin, as well as advise you on the right p...roducts to use. I also have an extensive range of skin care products for purchase - pick up from our door, or dropped off to your door if you’re close by, for those who don’t have the right products to use. SO LADIES, THERE'S NO EXCUSE NOW! Let's make an effort to take care of our skin better! Here’s what your DAILY ROUTINE should consist of: cleanse & moisturise morning & night. I recommend using a light textured lotion moisturiser for this hot climate so you don’t feel greasy, but still get the moisture your skin needs. Your basic ONCE WEEKLY ROUTINE should consist of: cleanse, exfoliate with a scrub, apply a mask, then moisturise. Over my 28yrs of experience as a Beauty Therapist, I found that approx. 98% lot of ladies I’ve treated either don't follow a weekly routine at all, or they don’t do it properly. I would have been a millionaire by now for every time that I’ve had to explain to clients how to exfoliate & mask properly!!! HERE’S HOW TO DO IT PROPERLY - ALWAYS APPLY your MASK STRAIGHT AFTER EXFOLIATING the skin, smoothing it on in an even layer, leaving it on for 5 to 15 minutes. Moisten fingertips with water & gently massage the skin in a circular motion to loosen the mask, before rinsing off. Then apply moisturiser. I will go in-depth on the reasons & benefits for this in another post, so keep your eye out for more skincare information! P.S.
