If you have any questions, please contact... @O-LA FESTIVAL Facebook Page direct. WILL THOSE THAT HAVE TICKETS FROM 2019 EVENT BE ABLE TO USE THEM FOR THE SHOW IN 2020?? Unfortunately. We are unable to process the tickets purchased back in 2019 due to the change of ticketing system. However, we will provide audiences who have purchased tickets for 2019 show a promotional code to get new tickets. The process will be as follows: 1.you will receive an email from Ticketek and then please follow the detailed refund instructions. 2.You will receive another email from BIGTOP with a special coupon 3. Each coupon can be used once to purchase new tickets on the bigtop website DO I HAVE TO GET A REFUND FROM THE PREVIOUS SHOW?? Yes WILL THERE BE ANY OTHER ARTISTS ADDED TO THE SHOW/EVENT?? No. You can let us know your favourite artist on Facebook and we will try to organise them in a future event HOW MANY VVIP WILL GET TO GO TO THE MEET AND GREET?? We promise every audience who brought VVIP can attend Meet and Greet. To guarantee the experience, the numbers of VVIP is limited. HOW WILL VVIP MEET AND GREET WORK?? Artists will greet fans/media they will be interviewed and interact with audience during this time. At the endevery artist will stand on stage and take a group photo with the audience behind in VVIP section . WILL THERE BE HI TOUCH/PHOTO OPS WITH THE ARTISTS?? There is no Hi touch/ group photo session. WHEN WILL TICKETS GO ON SALE?? Tickets go on sale on Monday 20/01/2020 At 9am AEDST (Local Sydney Time) WHERE CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS?? Ticket goes on sale through BIGTOP website WILL THERE BE BARRIERS BETWEEN THE SECTIONS VVIP/VIP/GENERAL STANDING?? There are barriers between VVIP and VIP and VIP and General Standing. VIP has early entry. WILL I BE ALLOWED TO TAKE MY CAMERA AND USE IT AT THE SHOW?? Audience can use their mobile phone or small personal camera (no detachable lenses). NO professional cameras because of security issue. Please Refer to Bigtop website. HOW LONG WILL EACH ARTIST BE ON STAGE FOR?? There will be up to one hour for each artist including interview and performance time. Any additional time will be according to the audience passion and the artists themselves. HOW LONG WILL THE SHOW GO FOR?? Up to approximately 3 hours (set times still to be determined. WILL THERE BE MERCHANDISE TO BUY AT THE SHOW??
