10.01.2022 I am deeply saddened by the loss of Dawn Hamman, wife of my dear friend and team mate in the NSW and Australian Veterans Teams - Stirling Hamman. Dawn sadly pa...ssed away following a long 15 year battle with Dementia. We have watched in admiration her long fight with this dreaded illness and the loving tenderness and care of her husband Stirling, right through her battle. The Hamman Family were wonderful customers of Kingsgrove Sports and have been almost life-long friends of ours. Stirling Hamman is Mr. Veterans Cricket of Australia and NSW and his credentials as a cricket administrator over many, many years is unmatched. His children, Rowan, Evan and Lauren are well known cricketers in their own right. Our cricketing family mourn the loss of our lovely Dawn and our deepest sympathies to the Hamman Family. Many cricketers around the world would be well aware of Dawn and the wonderful woman she was. Rest in Peace Dawn Hamman. See more
