22.01.2022 At Oakey State High School, our behaviour expectations are explicitly taught as part of classroom routines, as well as a whole school program - our Value and Behaviour of the week. Our value and behaviour of the week are chosen from our school values and expectations matrix in response to behaviour data. Each fortnight, a new value and behaviour of the week (VoW and BoW) is introduced at the whole school assembly. Students are recognised and rewarded for displaying our school... values and behaviour expectations. VoW & BoW: Respect The behavior of the week: Respect difference and the rights of others.

Jack McCormack is completing his plumbing apprenticeship with Fred Voll Plumbing. Paige Lander is completing a Certificate III in Business with Great Country Pies. Keesha Charles is completing a Certificate III in Individual Support with Holistic Community Care.... Thank you to our employers for their support in our School-Based Apprentice/Traineeship Program.
