14.01.2022 Members, we are seeking support to help us set sections at the upcoming Winchelsea trial. Setting sections is a great skill to acquire and helps us share the load amongst our members. You don't need to be hugely experienced...even if you've only done a few trials you would still be an asset to us and we will pair you up with some more experienced riders so you are not overwhelmed. There are also guides we can give you to pre-read which will help. On Saturday 15th (the day prior to the trial) we will be going down to Winchelsea to set sections. Any time spare will be free to ride and free camping is available on site for the Saturday evening. We are planning on a pub meal in the evening and the club will put $25 towards your counter meal. Winchelsea is about 25 mins west of Geelong. Please comment below if you are able to help.

In light of recent changes announced by state and federal governments, OMCC will be closing the club grounds for the time being. This includes Thursday evening sessions and Sundays. We will keep you all informed as the changes progress, hopefully sooner rather than later we can return to our regular schedule, which may involve a change in how we utilise our space.... Keep safe out there.

05.01.2022 VIC AMA Winter Series: Rd 2 Winchelsea Results Firstly thanks to the Worland's, the land owners. They went to a lot of effort to assist with the set up of the trial as well rather than just simply make the land available. I'd also like the thank the amazing efforts of the people involved in setting up the trial: Greg & Reece Chalmers, Jimmy Dunger, Matt Kerr, Craig Genner, Simon Watts, Les Pattinson, Peter Wines, and Simon Colombo.... There was a Pub Meal on the Saturday night and it's fair to say we will do that again. I haven't got around to the series points yet, but here are the results from Round 2. https://www.oakleighmcc.com//vic-ama-winter-series-rd-2-w/
