18.01.2022 While the momentum is there, the building will forge ahead. Final Stage build is powering along and selling quick, and in saying that there are no more 3 Bedroom villas left in this final stage. We do however have Villa 51 (the last 3 bedroom in village) available. This has just come back on the market due to health reasons. This is a brand new 3 bedroom Coolibah villa waiting for you to make it your home. Displays Open Monday to Friday 10am to 2pm.

09.01.2022 Monday and Tuesday the village saw Advanced Pest Control attend the village to complete our Annual Pest Control and Termite Inspection, of all villas and the Community Centre. Under the extreme heat and hot winds both Steve and Cory did a great job. External Pest Control is just one main Preventative Maintenance task that Oak Tree will complete every year for our residents.
