23.01.2022 As many of you will have already heard, the Victorian Government announced on Tuesday 30 June that the COVID-19 ‘hot zone’ areas in Victoria will be returning t...o Stage Three restrictions from 11.59pm Wednesday 1 July. Our centre is not in one of the hot zones and will remain open. However, the surge in COVID-19 cases across the state is a reminder to us all that following the government’s health advice is vital to help stop the spread of the virus. Please remember to practise good hygiene and make a conscious effort to social distance when you leave your home this includes when you visit our centre. The health, safety and wellbeing of our staff and the community remains our number one priority. To ensure you are kept safe at our centre, we have implemented a number of safety measures across YMCA-managed sites. These include increased hygiene and cleaning, COVID-19 training for staff, and signage and instructions to help with physical distancing. 18.01.2022 Saturday 10th October we have Leroy McLennan joining our regular 8am session. Leroy is a Physiotherapist and Stength & Conditioning Coach from Rise Health Group. Leroy will provide you all with invaluable information on preparing for a return to pool and give some technique tips for excercise. Join us with the usual zoom link.

17.01.2022 For those who attend the workshop on Tuesday with Austalian Dolphin Cate Campbell, hopefully you got an insight into what she has been doing over the last few months and how she is coping and preparing for the lead up into Tokyo. Great to see a good number of swimmers participating in dry land during the week!

08.01.2022 Congratulations to everyone who competed in Victorian Sprint Championships yesterday and today. Medals and PB's galore. No matter what, such a great effort considering the year we had.
