18.01.2022 What a great little video clip about the capacity of how we can change the way we think about things...... it certainly takes practice to change those neural pathways!

17.01.2022 A very welcome announcement from last night’s budget..... from this Friday 9/10/2020, a doubling of Medicare sessions from 10 to 20 per calendar year for the next two years. For my clients who have already used your 10 Medicare sessions this calendar year, if you obtain another referral from your GP, you can access another 10 sessions this year (if eligible). That will enable you to continue to receive a rebate from Medicare of $87.45 per session. Welcome news indeed!!. Please get in touch with me if you have any questions. All information is in the attachment.

17.01.2022 You are worthy now @tinybuddha.com.

14.01.2022 A very well written article by Dr Vanessa Lapointe.... helping kids to manage their anger, and how to manage adult frustration that can be triggered. Very relevant as the school holidays begin today!

11.01.2022 I received the most beautiful gift for my 50th birthday recently and I wanted to share it here. The Boy, the mole, the fox and the horse by Charlie Mackesy. Such lovely messages and illustrations. A great gift for yourself or a friend.

10.01.2022 I am very pleased to announce I have a receptionist commencing on Tuesday 21st July. The lovely Maria will be working Tuesdays and Wednesdays, so clients attending on those days will be greeted by her smiling face She will be available to answer your calls, texts, take payments etc and deal with any questions you may have. Sooo exciting!!

04.01.2022 Lovely Xmas dinner last night at Market Island, Trigg with these fabulous ladies from Gemstone Bvd. I am so grateful for our little supportive team. Thanks for the laughs ladies!! I look forward to working along side you again in 2021. Merry Xmas

01.01.2022 Today is R U OK? Day. In fact, I think every day should be RU OK? Day!! Please stop and take the time to check in with a mate/colleague and really listen to their response. Learning some helpful phrases (as noted in the graphic below) to respond when someone says ‘not really’ can be really helpful. Remember....a conversation can change a life
