Melbourne's favourite underwater world in the heart of the city once again welcomes guests to discover the fascinating marine world. Capacity capacity restrictions apply, extra health and safety measures are in place and all visitors should pre-book tickets online.... We are incredibly happy to be able to welcome guests back to SEA LIFE Melbourne and give people of all ages the opportunity to experience a fun and educational day out after spending so much time at home. 14.01.2022 CUTENESS ALERT Hold onto your heart, as these little heart breakers make their debut: SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium welcomes new Gentoo Penguin chicks. The babies privately hatched in the aquarium’s Sub-Antarctic Zone over the last month with the oldest arriving mid-October while the youngest’s birth certificate currently reads ‘two weeks young’. Still comfortably cuddling up to their incredible parents, these baby penguins are being closely monitored by a dedicated team of Pe...nguin Carers (possibly this years' best job description...) who say they are healthy and rapidly growing. We are beyond excited to welcome the new penguin chicks to our colony. They are doing really well and gaining weight.
