25.01.2022 2.5 years planning 4 days planting 530 Truffle trees (French Holly Oak) Today’s average temp was -1 and we’ve had rain, snow, wind and sunshine but we got to the end!... Massive shout out to Mum & Jim. Mum probably planted half the trees Thanks to Sash and Mo for helping us today making it possible to finish And cheers to Rob and I!
