With a rich, smooth and silky taste, its the perfect accompaniment to your evening. #ObsBarSyd #ObservatoryCocktails . .... What you'll need: A rocks glass. Ice (preferably one large cube or sphere of ice if you have the mould). Whiskey or Bourbon. Angostura bitters. Sugar cube. . . METHOD Cool your glass with lots of ice for 1 minute, then tip out Place 1 sugar cube (or 1 tsp sugar) into your glass Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters Completely dissolve the sugar with a gentle muddle, along with water residue leftover from ice Pour in 60ml Whiskey or Bourbon Add large ice cube Garnish: rub orange twist garnish around the rim and place into glass before serving.
