If you're looking for a fun place to train or have some friends who would like to try some obstacles, without feeling the pressure to commit to a full event, then check out Burns Outdoor Obstacle Training. They will be running an "Introduction to Obstacle Fitness" at their venue in Bringelly on Saturday February 6th from 11am-2pm. It is open for all ages from 6 years and up (this is applicable for adults and children). Full instruction and help will be given and glov...es will be included.
