09.01.2022 We are very passionate about this as many of us suffer in silence & then before you know it you’ve lost a close friend, mother,father,son,sister & the list goes on. IT’S OK TO ASK FOR HELP, it doesn’t mean your weak that’s total bullshit ok it means your strong for the simple fact is that you reached out in your time of need cause you needed a friend or a shoulder but that is perfectly fine & totally worth it to someone else who might be putting on a brave face till they hea...r your story & start thinking about their situation, so it’s a 2 way street with anything to do with mental health. Yes I’ve suffered hard from it & tried to kill myself twice but I was lucky enough to have some awesome people that could read the signs & help me or save me just in time. So plz don’t ever think that no one cares because someone out there truly does & it could be a total stranger that knows nothing about you but he knows roughly what your feeling so swallow your pride & reach out cause that’s what makes you stronger & helps you to start building your empire 1 step at a time.
