21.01.2022 The OCD Team are running short at present due to some staffing problems with Covid Vaccinations We do our upmost to remember EVERYONES customers, from each team, unfortunately sometimes we can and do run into problems and get into situations we may not be able to attend at times Please know we are trying our best and if we have accidentally missed a clean or there’s been any issues, as I noticed when i returned personally just recently Please EVERYONE if anything is ...not 110% to your liking, LET ME KNOW DIRECTLY PLEASE!!! Otherwise I can Not make any adjustments, our many thanks for patience and understanding at this time just always know Our Customers Are ALL As Equally Important To Us, as Our Own Family! 02.01.2022 Good morning everyone OCD Cleaning have searched high and low for cleaners that are able to work at the level required has been unsuccessful Unfortunately we will be scaling our cleans down and will only be able to service the current amount of customers, we will endeavour over time to search for appropriate staff, although until then, we truly apologise and hopefully we can take new customers on again when I find staff with pace and a eye for extreme detail.... This is not what you want to see in your holiday accommodation, especially with Covid, all high touch surfaces require 110% detail, so this is a high touch surface, NOT ACCEPTABLE AND DO NOT PAY FOR YOUR HOLIDAY WHEN THEY ARE NOT TAKING BASIC CLEANING REQUIREMENTS INTO ACCOUNT OR YOUR HEALTH
