21.01.2022 At the Coachhouse on the Beach on Saturday; 3 Whales in the ocean, smacking their tails on the water over 40 times Incredible sight

18.01.2022 Went to the local seafood market in North Narrabeen and had them filet and cook a whiting for me. Then went to Narrabeen lake, for a peaceful lunch overlooking the water... such a beautiful part of the world.

15.01.2022 One of the beach fishermen, right outside of the Coachhouse on the Beach was catching large whitting; unfortunately we didn't get to share them. There was a great gutter with lots of fish running through. Weather was brilliant; 32 degrees and sunny, the evening rain brought a cool and refreshing change just in time for dinner.

05.01.2022 Last Week I went for a bike ride around Narrabeen Lake. It is an 8KM circuit, with some fantastic scenery.
