'The Palaszczuk Government has re-introduced legislation to ban single-use plastic items in Queensland, starting with straws, stirrers, cutlery and plates. Minister for Environment and the Great Barrier Reef Meaghan Scanlon said that the Palaszczuk Government was committed to reducing the devastating impact of plastic waste on marine life and the environment.'

When making yor beeswax wraps, all our surfaces are sterilised and gloves and face-masks are worn. Although we do not suppport single-use plastics, during this global pandemic we have been using disposable gloves as an extra precaution, as well as regular hand washing.
