25.01.2022 I am often asked how long do I have to wait to use my swimming pool after I have adjusted the chemical balance? Generally, it is safe to use your pool after the chemicals you have added are dispersed through the pool, this usually takes 15-60 minutes dependant on the pool size and shape. If you are chlorine shocking your pool then I recommend waiting until the chlorine levels drops to the recommended PPM. Don't forget to share
23.01.2022 The pictures are of a green pool that has been treated and all of the green is now on the bottom. As you can see with a vacuum the green is removed to the filter and the pool is on it's way to being restored ready to swim again. With proper care and maintenance the chance of this happening again is much reduced. The next few days are heating up and currently it is 39 degrees on Saturday - the perfect swimming weather. But, with rising pool temperatures it is the perfect scena...rio for an under maintained pool to turn green. Check your chemical levels regularly. Happy swimming.
10.01.2022 This year with the warmer weather I seem to be getting more Green pools than normal. Green pools take time to rectify reducing your swimming days. Remember to check your chemical levels regularly especially with high use and if you have a blanket and the pool gets too warm to leave the blanket off for a few days to allow the temperature to drop.
