02.01.2022 Congratulations to Sam Riley, our apprentice chef, who completes his apprenticeship today to become a fully qualified chef. It's not an easy thing to get through an apprenticeship, but Sam has done it in fine style. Helping young people achieve their career goals is a win-win for us. Well done Sam!
