An absolutely perfect holiday home for large groups or families This is the best holiday home we have had the pleasure and joy of experiencing. From the moment we booked 130 The Terrace through until our too short stay last weekend, nothing was a hassle, and the home is geared up for everything from extra towels, wetsuits, surfboards, the beautiful pool, great views, superb location and so much space for our family to spread out, relax and enjoy. Our amazing builder, Mark LeMaistre- who built 130 The Terrace, is stepping up again to create two new beautiful homes that are full of stunning shapes and style! House number one has begun, with the second storey framework due for completion in the coming weeks. 07.01.2022 Time to share another fantastic guest review. This one is from last weekend: EXCEPTIONAL IN EVERY WAY! 5 Stars This home ticked every box for our weekend stay. My family of ten (which included four teenagers, and six adults - parents and grandparents) all had a wonderful time. There was plenty to do without having to leave the house, which was particularly handy given the bleak weather! The games room was the stand out for the bigger and smaller kids alike! There was enough... space to allow for down time but there were also great communal spaces for dining and conversation. The home was immaculate in cleanliness and had all the home comforts you could ask for. Attention to detail was faultless. The location of this home was perfect with the coast a couple of blocks behind us and the shops/eateries a couple of blocks in front. Everything was within walking distance and certainly worth the effort despite the weather. The host jacquie was also very helpful in answering any queries we had. Would definitely stay here again.
