07.01.2022 If you'd like to trial a pregnancy & mum-safe group fitness class or know someone who does I have new session times and locations: Mon (from May 16th) 10:15am - 6 week program @ Coast Life Midwifery, followed by morning tea and a chat Wed -9:15am - Cheeky Little Monkeys Play Centre, Kawana... Thurs & Fri - 9:30am - Lion's park, Fisherman's Rd, Maroochydore Spaces are limited. Bookings essential.
01.01.2022 Such a beautiful morning with yoga in the park to kick off the Strong Mindful Mumma's Program. We started with connection to the breath, slowing down, connecting body and mind. We then brought warmth and movement to our bodies, stretching and releasing tension, aches and tightness.... We felt calm and energised to take on the rest of our day, as well as satisfied and grateful for prioritising ourselves for an hour. It is vital to take some time out for full breaths, to slow down, stretch, move, flow, and nourish the body, mind and soul. Thank you ladies! Come along for a trial next Monday if you need more of this in your day, or group fitness on Thursdays!
