16.01.2022 CHILD ABDUCTION Heres a clip of one of our Little Dragons Isaac demonstrating the self defence against being grabbed by the arm. The first thing we teach them in basic self defence against an adult is to run away, but if they cant and theyre grabbed we teach them to be as aggressive as they can be, learning the best places to strike and kick as well as using their most effective weapon...their voices. ... Its actually horrendous hearing these kids practicing with their big loud voices (my ears feel like bleeding) but do you think a potential attacker would be keen to continue if the kid put up this kind of fight? Theres no doubt some attackers will still continue but wouldnt you prefer you gave your child a fighting chance by teaching them basic self defence. Our Munchkins program is specially designed for our 3-5 year old students and consists of a mixed martial arts program, incorporating martial arts techniques and self defence. Mentored by our amazing team of Junior Leaders, they build strong bonds with their role models, setting them up for success.

If vivienne is ever feeling sad or hurt Chloe uses her 'blue shirt magic' from her Instructor shirt to make Vivienne feel better. Vivienne and her family are posting soon so Viviennes Mum made her a 'blue shirt magic' rashie so when she is at her new gym she will still have Chloe's blue shirt magic to make her feel better. We love hearing the impact we have on these little humans lives. The smallest thing to us can be something that will stick with them forever.

06.01.2022 The Tambo Twins have finally got match ups. It’s been a long year of no fights.... first Covid and no travel then having exhausted all the local options for matches.... it’s time. They’ve trained consistently and never taken a day off. They’re keen and their intensity has just risen another level.
