23.01.2022 Choosing a pool colour A few things to consider ... 1. Know what look you're trying to create! If you're after a natural look go for the sandstone or green colours. Choose a blue colour for a traditional look or black, grey or white for a modern look. ... 2. Consider how it will look in different light conditions. Will it be mostly shaded or in full sun? 3. A darker pool is reflective and a lighter colour pool is more translucent. 4. A good design tip is to contrast the pool colour with the pool surrounds. 5. Remember the colour samples aren't always a good indication of what the pool looks like when full of water.
