She cooked this risotto dish for her family using our Ocean Road Prime Abalone 10 piece and one of our recipes. Her daughter loved it! Lorraine made a clever tweak to our recipe by garnishing the risotto with a piece of unheated abalone to create two flavour sensations in the one dish. 17.01.2022 Until August 2016, our office was in a shed at the back of the farm. After several years of planning, our new office building was finally built, 20 years after the farm was established. The floorplan includes a meeting room, quarantine area for guest entry, a big lunchroom, offices, and a storage/loading area. 16.01.2022 Looked at what we've found here! A handful of juvenile Sweep recently found their way into one of our larger sheds - all were caught and returned to the ocean. Once matured, this fish will become a beautiful silver colour to help camouflage itself into its ocean surrounds, but for now this little fella will remain a sandy / murky brown colour and stay in shallow waters to avoid predators. /
