23.01.2022 We are opening our doors at 9am Monday 22nd June. Members will be able to access the gym after hours but must adhere to some new rules: on arrival please make sure you are following maximum occupancy rules Please read all signs.... Please exercise patience as well as your bodz Members are required to scan membership cards at the front desk. no tailgating at the front door. Every member needs to be accountable, see reception for swipe card if needed If any of your contact details have changed please notify reception. Please wash hands before and after workout, Also use sanitizer provided. maximum number of people in the gym is 20 Social distancing is required Members must use a towel and wipe down own equipment Please do not attend if you are sick We ask all patrons to limit workouts to 1 hour during peak periods. We have been working hard to ensure your gym is a safe fitness haven. Direct Debit membership fees will resume on the 26 June. Please speak with Mark and I regarding your fees if you are experiencing financial hardship. We have missed all our members so much, it’s like being away from our family and we are looking forward to seeing all your faces on Monday.

18.01.2022 Lockdown Will be effective as of midnight tonight 27/5/21. The gym door will be closed and no one will be able to attend the gym. If all goes well according to what has been said on the media our gym should be open on 4/6/21 which is next Friday. So see you next Friday

16.01.2022 FACE MASKS OR FACE COVERINGS WILL BE REQUIRED WHILE IN THE GYM AS OF MONDAY 3rd August Exercise If you are doing exercise or physical activity where you are out of breath or puffing, such as jogging or running, you do not need to wear a face covering. ... You do have to carry a face covering and you MUST wear it after your run when you are moving from equipment to equipment. Unless you have a lawful exception. You must wear a face mask when walking for exercise even if the 1.5 metre physical distancing is maintained unless you have a lawful excuse such as a medical condition, where it would be dangerous to have obstructed breathing while walking around. You must carry a face covering with you when you exercise unless you have a lawful excuse for not wearing a face covering such as a medical condition or are under the age of 12. You can be fined if you don’t wear or carry a face covering. You can use a scarf or bandana instead of a face mask. You can also make your own face covering. Can I remove my face covering to talk with other people? You should keep your face covering on while speaking with other people and maintain a physical distance of 1.5 metres. You can remove your face covering if you are communicating with a person who is deaf or hard of hearing, where the ability to see the mouth is essential for communication.

02.01.2022 To all of our patrons, The Government has enforced COVID Marshals to be appointed in gyms during operating hours. Therefore it is with a heavy heart that we inform all of you that the gym will not be available for 24 hour use. In order to accomodate all of you, we will be open the following hours:... Monday 5am to 9pm Tuesday 5am to 9pm Wednesday 5am to 9pm Thursday 5am to 9pm Friday 5am to 8pm Saturday 8am to 2pm Sunday 8am to 12pm We would like to take the opportunity now to thank everyone for their support during isolation, with all the messages on Facebook. Especially in the last week or so when we opened. These are difficult times in business and your support has been overwhelming and kind. We truly feel like we just have the best members and we hope that we can continue to provide a gym that is welcoming and friendly. Just remember this is temporary and if everybody does the right thing hopefully soon things will get back to normal.
