21.01.2022 10,9,8...Ocean Shores Public we have liftoff! While all eyes in 1/2G were on the rocket, the students had to remember to count backwards successfully or the liftoff would have to be aborted. Learning that it takes a lot of force to move objects off the ground against gravity, the students carefully added two simple ingredients (vinegar and bicarbonate soda) to produce a chemical reaction (the energy), blasting their small rocket upwards.

04.01.2022 A message from our P&C >>> Managing student's behaviour is complex and at times challenging. The NSW Department of Education is seeking important feedback on reform directions to support and manage student behaviour in public schools. The end date for feedback is the 25th September. I have attached a quick survey monkey form at the bottom of this email to get your feedback and ensure that OSPS P&C can contribute to this important debate. A link to further information from th...e department about the reform is also below. Information about the school's current policies and practices can be found on the school website. Also come along to our P&C Meeting on the 27th September to hear Mrs Lengyel share more. Kind Regards Isabel https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/ https://www.nsw.gov.au/have-your/student-behaviour-strategy
