LED panels look tidy and throw out plenty of light, the main classroom went from 23 to 13 light fittings because the light is more evenly distributed. 18.01.2022 One of the bigger jobs for my small business. Replaced consumer mains from the overhead connection, main house switchboard and replaced the dangerous and outdated VIR cabling in the downstairs area. Unfortunately the existing conduits within the slab wouldn’t let me get new cables through so it blew out a little and we had to install surface mount conduit and LED fittings. All good in the end and with a little bit of extra elbow grease and the help of my lovely wife. we got it done. #OPC #electrician #switchboard #ledlights #rcdprotection

I installed these on my own home and had them on my @instagram story, next minute a request to put them on this customers house came through and here we are. With the vertical LED strip installed you get an even spread of light on each shelf in the pantry, controlled via a ceiling mounted sensor set to 10 seconds, it’s and energy efficient and very useful idea. #OPC #ledstriplights #ledlights #perthelectricians

17.01.2022 From impractical, outdated and fixed to asbestos to safe, practical and clean. A lot of people don’t realise that the back boards in their late 80s and older homes are likely to contain asbestos and the old re-wirable fuses are only protecting the cabling and not the people inside. One of the first things I ask home owners when I arrive to quote or install anything is how old their smoke alarms are. Most people don’t even realise that the 10 years has lapsed. 07.01.2022 Stomach pain on Saturday followed by collapsing on Sunday, a quick trip in an ambulance and straight in to have my appendix out. It’s amazing what the surgeons can get done with minimal damage and scarring. This one man band will be off the tools for a couple of weeks but still happy to take your enquires and bookings for the weeks after!
