17.01.2022 Well, what can I say It’s 10 out of 10! And one very happy holiday property owner!!! ... An appreciation post - This couple had booked to stay with us back in January for their very 1st wedding Anniversary due on the Easter long weekend. And of course you know it - Covid struck again here! The guests left it as late as possible to not cancel due to covid. But in the end we all went into lockdown. So it had to be postponed - they chose March 2021. We were in touch again throughout down time but our guests were extremely busy looking after us all as they are both essential workers in the hospital system. You could imagine their daily stress. Alec emailed me and said we need a break- when can we getaway? So we ended up booking them in for their 4 night stay with us due to arrive late August. As a good gesture to both reward them for their loyalty and for their extremely difficult working conditions during covid in a hospital environment, I thought it only fair that we honour them a complimentary 5th night stay with us at no extra charge! I think they appreciated that immensely. We are very lucky & so Thankful to have such grateful & appreciative guests stay with us!
