17.01.2022 What an amazing effort from Jemma Smith & all the Australian Surf Lifesaving team in Japan! Jemma took home the Gold in the Ski & Ocean Womens Relay. Jemma also won the Open Athlete of the Year Surf Life Saving Club Central Coast award for 2018! Congratulations!

13.01.2022 Well done to our patients who ran in the Bay to Bay Running Festival last weekend, from the kids who did the 3km all taped up, to the ones who did personal bests in the 12km & those who ran it for the first time (technically that’s a PB too). I even managed to smash out a 400m dash with my boys to get a lollypop. Ocean View Physio is a very proud sponsor of this great community event which sees all the funds raised going to local charities & all done by volunteers of the fantastic running group the Terrigal Trotters.
