17.01.2022 Crocs Australia is a well established business offering the popular but fashion debated clogs which have been so popular they have earned the common name from the brand name and Australia in particular has seen a lot of cheap versions released into the marketplace. They offer a far greater range of footwear above the famous clogs however for comfort and quality it is hard not to go past the clog with an amazing arrange of colours and even some new styles.... The website is well laid out with a "sale" section, women, mens, kids and even a work category for light, waterproof, slip resistant clogs They have an interesting hashtag campaign #comeonecomeall where they are trying to break the fashion debvate by encouraging people to be comfortable in the shoes they choose and providing inspiration to create your own style with your crocs. 11.01.2022 One of the two heavy weights in the landing page genre for online marketing is Instapage. For those wanting to really get their online marketing working for them Instapage is a really powerful tool. There is an abundance of templates however Instapage is probably the best in its class designing landing pages however this is just one part of an online marketing campaign however over the past 12 months or so they have been adding features to now cover most aspects of an onlin...e campagn Instapage has strong tracking and analytics for all the dashboarding you would ever need. Customer Service can be slow and unhelpful at times. Instapage is used widely in Australia by many only businesses. I thought the costs were a little bit inhibiting and should have had a longer trial period for those that are starting out and only just launching a business. There is a lot of complaints from a while ago online about people being refused a refund if not requested within 24 hrs of the bill. 04.01.2022 Klook is a well established travel business offering experiences, tours, day trips, attraction entry tickets, rail passes, airport transfers and WiFi and Sim cards. Environmentally it seems to push rail travel which is a great thing and a great way to travel Researching I have found a mixed response to both general customer service and ability to make changes to ticketing or refunds. It seems to be either 5 star reviews or 1 star reviews. I would be cautious to make sure da...tes and times etc are correct before confirming your purchase to ensure you avoid some of the issues others have had. The issue seems to be mainly around Klook is the go between yourself and a local tour operator. It seems at times neither want to take ownership of issues when they occur. Klook has some great pricing. I couldn't get some of the offers cheaper of the providers own website which shows that for these smaller tour operators they see a benefit in getting bookings through klook. It is especially good in the Asia market where it was first launched. There is an Android and an Apple app which both seem very user friendly and both have high review scores. Overall for value adding to trips especially in the Asia region I would highly recommend booking through Klook the next time you travel. 03.01.2022 LKN Australia is a business that has been on the Australian scene since at least 2005 giving it over 15 years of online presence. It is an authorised reseller of many well known brands including Ilford, Tokina, Pentax, Manfrotto, Lowepro, Sandisk, Sigma, Tokina, Hoya etc Specialising in the markets of DSLR’s, Lenses, Compact Cameras, Photo Paper (Do people still buy this?), binoculars and drones as the main products.... The website is well laid out and in a simple and modern uncluttered way. The prices appear to be reasonable for those that I have done price comparisons on however there it was a bit of a mixed bag with some being priced at a slight premium compared to other online stores and other products a very good buy. There was no easy way to bring up the current specials or discounted products which as a consumer I feel is a big flaw. I usually always check for these discount products as occasionally will be upsold an extra product if on sale to keep postage costs down. Shipping costs seem reasonable however I always have an issue with a store that puts Our responsibilities end when the merchandise is collected by the carrier. As a consumer we don't get to choose the courier it is organised by LKN Australia and as such is their responsibility to ensure we receive it as expected. LKN Australia has built a strong positive review base for timely delivery, quality items and strong customer service which gives me a lot of confidence in dealing with them.
