24.01.2022 Tony from O'Connells Meats (Stall GR47-51) is the only in-house smoker in Adelaide, house smoking South Australian ham on the bone each day and also has four br...and-new products this year; sugar free, low salt, mutton and beef ham. Plus, the team have plenty of recipes to create the perfect glazed ham at home like Tony's Orange & Pomegranate Glazed Ham Ingredients 1/2 cup pomegranate molasses Juice & rind of 1 orange 1/2 cup honey 1/4 cup castor sugar 2 tbsp fish sauce Method Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes until glaze thickens. Heat oven to 180 degrees and stud the ham with cloves. Glaze the ham with a brush and continue to glaze every 15 minutes. Cook until ham is warmed through - shiny and caramelised (approx 1 hour for 6kg). See you soon - our Market is open today till 5.30pm.
