23.01.2022 Look directly at this Sunrise and tell me what you think about micro-management? Everyday the sun rises without fear - yet it challenges us by shining its light. Everyday I hear of someone either micromanaging or being micromanaged. Stop it. All micro-management is fear based. If you are the one micro-managing you are afraid of letting go of control. If you are being micro-managed you are afraid of your own power. I see this play out all of the time. As we all let go of our fears, we let either let go of our control or of others control of us.
