02.01.2022 Hi there, Some comments on myself: 1. Our Sushi is made of traditional Japanese resource with original Japanese recipe. The rice is koshihikari short-grain sushi rice, which is the top rated rice for Sushi in Japan. The ramen is also imported from Japan and so are the sauces. All of them are Japanese origin.... 2. The Sushi Nori in Oda Sushi is from Tokyo Japan. The director of the supplier comes from Tokyo to Melbourne each year to meet with our director to check about the quality of our sushi products to make sure we maintain a high reputation of what they offer to us in Australia. 3. The only parts in our food that is not origin in Japan is the fish and meet. We use daily fresh fish from local suppliers, which guarantee the freshness and taste of our raw food. 4. We are more than welcome all kinds of customers and partners from various backgrounds, including Japanese, Chinese, Australian, and other countries. We respect and treat every customer and franchisee the same no matter what culture you have and what language you speak. There is no discrimination to any store owner who may run his/her business in his/her own way, whether or not in a Japanese business way. Think it this way, Maybe not all the Italian restaurants here are operated by Italian people, but we still respect their effort. The only thing We can guarantee is the quality of our food, source and service. 5. We hope that everyone at Oda Sushi would have a good experience shared with others. And we certainly will improve ourselves on each aspect and will monitor the performance of franchisees as a franchisor.
