13.01.2022 Hello awesome customers! Just answering a few frequently asked questions. You cannot purchase tickets online for a film within an hour of it starting. It doesn't necessarily mean it has sold out. We usually pop 'selling out quickly' as a warning on our Facebook page to help you out prior to the film.... You do not have to book online, but it is recommended if you are travelling from a surrounding town so you do not waste your time and petrol. When you purchase your tickets online your seats are automatically booked from the back row forwards. If this is not a seat you can access then give us a call or buy your tickets at the candy bar, where you can give us a preference of your seating. You must sign in using the QR code as you enter the cinema. You require the RMS app to sign in. Alternatively you may sign in at the counter through us. If you use your member card your sign in details are automatically recorded. We have various sanitising stations available, ensure you use them please. Regarding seating, the Government has loosened the rules regarding social distancing in enclosed areas such as the cinema. You are able to sit behind and in front of customers but not directly next to them. There will be a two seat gap next to your group from other patrons. If this bothers you, ask us to possibly move you as far away from others as possible. On a positive note - OUR POPCORN IS GLUTEN FREE! Both salted and caramel varieties. www.odeon5.com.au
