24.01.2022 Channel 7 News. Mamamia. Kidspot. Good Weekend. The Sydney Morning Herald. ABC Radio. Smart Company. Body + Soul. I could keep going, listing all of the places my clients and Hack Your Own PR graduates have appeared. But all you need to know is how they did it. And that’s what you’ll find out when you join me for 3 Steps to Snap Up News Headlines for Your Business, a live masterclass that’s completely free and tailored to business owners just like you. If you’re keen to get a handle on the mysterious world of PR, this is a great place to start! Registrations are essential but if you can’t make it live, I’ll be sharing the recording afterwards. Get your name on that list if you don’t want to miss out on the tips https://www.odetteandco.com.au/live-webinar-registration

21.01.2022 Malcolm Gladwell has his 10,000 hour rule. My magic number for PR success is 10: read at least 10 articles, listen to 10 episodes, watch 10 programs BEFORE you send off your pitch. It’s my golden rule for everything I pitch, and it’s what I tell my students, clients and anyone else who will listen. (And I guarantee it will take you less than 10,000 hours!) But don’t just read or tune in for the sake of it. As you’re consuming your steady diet of media, ask yourself - why is t...his here? Why did this story make it across the line? What makes people want to sit up and take notice? Then, you can apply that same formula to your own pitches. Tweaking them here, tightening them there, until you end up with something that readers, listeners or viewers of your target media will LOVE to consume. Because at the end of the day eyeballs are the number-one thing that editors and journalists are looking for. Show them you get that, and you’ll be on your way to all eyes on you, baby

20.01.2022 Imposter syndrome - dontcha love it? That niggling voice telling you that you’ve just been lucky, that you’re a fraud, that you’re going to get found out, that you’re not ready for this blah blah blah. It’s a killer! Chances are you also think that some people just *don’t* have it. That they were born ready, brimming with confidence and the right attitude. Guess what? They weren’t. The more I’ve talked to businesses, the more time I’ve spent with the success stories who hav...e put themselves out there and hustled, the more I’ve realised that we’re all pretty much the same. We ALL doubt ourselves. We ALL hate putting ourselves out there. (Yep, even me!) It’s just that some of us have learned to manage those feelings. And it’s that part that makes the difference to whether your story gets heard or not. Getting featured in the media isn’t about who you know or what you know - it’s about backing yourself and dealing with the nerves. I’ve seen it time and time again. Businesses that thrive are led by people who are willing to put themselves forward as the expert, to hustle and put their reputation on the line. How to build your PR confidence is a big part of my Hack Your Own PR mentoring program. And guess what? The next one kicks off in just under two weeks. Hurry - sign up now if you want to kick that damn imposter syndrome to the curb and reach your full potential. https://www.odetteandco.com.au/hackyourownpr

20.01.2022 Ooooh what divine words to read. I’m always looking to improve my Hack Your Own PR program and make it more useful for my future students. So, I recently surveyed everyone who has graduated from the program and asked what could be better or what they liked. It’s SO bluddy great to hear that things like the practice pitches we do help you get used to talking about your biz and your story. We do these pitches a few times throughout the 9 weeks you’re in my classroom. And you d...on’t just pitch to me - you also get to pitch to REAL journalists and producers (I know! It sounds scary - but I promise they don’t bite). This is one part of the program that I definitely won’t change. Because practice really does make perfect - and it’s the best way to overcome your fear of putting yourself out there. Want to find out more about the program? I'm making myself available all day next Thursday (10 Dec) to chat to you lovely humans and answer any questions you have about HYOPR. Book in a 15-minute chat with me now: https://www.odetteandco.com.au/book-in-a-deep-dive If you want to come on the journey next February, now's the time to find out if it's right for you!

18.01.2022 A write-off. A reckoning. A disaster. An opportunity. A rollercoaster. However you’d describe 2020, I think everyone learned some important things about themselves, the world and their place in it. That goes for businesses, too. And now, hopefully, we’re ready to glide into a new year like beautiful swans knowing that - heck yes, we can handle whatever s**t life throws at us. That pushing ourselves and trying new things can be a good thing. And now, it’s time to build on som...e of those learnings and bed them down into some boss moves that are strategic AF. If you want to invest in your business growth for 2021 in a seriously powerful way, you might want to consider my Hack Your Own PR program. I created this program because I truly believe that anyone can DIY their own PR. And I know that it can turn around businesses, transforming their owners into visible leaders in their field, establishing brands that people trust, and leading to a loyal following who love and get what you do. Managing your own PR and media isn’t rocket science, it just takes a little time to master the formula. I’ve mapped out the exact recipe that I believe small business owners should and CAN follow to pick up media headlines and reach the right people. And that’s what I share over 9 weeks in my virtual classroom. Are you ready to watch your business soar on the wings of great media coverage in 2021? Sign up for the first Hack Your Own PR program of the year, and make next year YOUR year: https://www.odetteandco.com.au/hackyourownpr

16.01.2022 NEWSFLASH: Journalists have feelings too. Remembering that you’re dealing with human beings is one of THE most valuable tips I can give anyone who’s trying to work on landing an appearance in their dream media outlet. In fact, the art of romancing the media is a big part of my Hack Your Own PR playbook. And guess what? The romancing doesn’t stop as soon as you get what you want. This quote is from Oak Magazine editor, Kimberley Furness, who was on my Hack Your Own PR poddy re...cently. Doing a story on someone and then not hearing a peep, not seeing a lil shout-out on social, or a link on their website? It’s on the same level as having a great time with someone and then never hearing from them again. You’re left scratching your head, and next time they slide into your DMs, your guard is UP. Dealing with the media has a lot of similarities to dating, my friends. Learning what to do and what NOT to do can be a case of trial and error Or you can skip that awkward teenager phase and be a smooth operator, cool as a cucumber, charming the pants off everyone whose inbox you’re sliding into. I know which one I’d choose! Thanks for the media dating advice OAK Magazine

16.01.2022 It's not every day that you score headlines in Mamamia, SMH's Sunday Life, News Corp's Body + Soul and ABC’s Conversations. But, these headlines are so much more than 'media wins'. They're conversations that will help other parents feel less alone in their grief. Less terrified of the unending darkness that surrounds their loss. These headlines will help families support their sons and daughters, and help friends be a liferaft in days that hold unimaginable pain. These headl...ines are a gift from Annabel, baby Miles and their great suffering, but their incredible resilience and generosity. I'm so proud to have helped Annabel share her voice across mastheads that are household names with huge reach and loyal followings. While I may have taught Annabel a thing or two about PR throughout Hack Your Own PR, her success is thanks to her hard work, her hustle and her fortitude. As you can imagine, when you're sharing such a raw and heartwrenching experience, the rejection to pitches is oh so much more painful. And yet, despite the risk and the exposure to pain, Annabel has pushed on, she's spent weeks researching her outlets, understanding their beat, establishing who was the perfect person to share her story with...and then sat with the crickets and radio silence, waiting for the rejection...and rejoicing each 'yes'! I can assure you, her success is directly related to the energy she has applied to her outreach. Energy in = energy out. And one of the most lovely things about HYOPR, our community of graduates kindly share their pitches to build our collection of templates, so that future students can see exactly how the formula works when it’s put into practice. Oh and just quietly there was some kinda lovely feedback from the media she’s been dealing with about Hack Your Own PR (swipe across!). We're all so proud of you Annabel!

14.01.2022 Reading an extract from Annabel Bower’s stunning book Miles Apart, featured today in The Sydney Morning Herald has me sat with tears streaming down my face. It’s hard to imagine something more excruciatingly painful than baby loss. I hope Annabel’s story helps more people understand the gravity of this loss, that they may find peace someday, and that their loved ones may read this article and come a little closer to understanding what this passage of life feels like from th...e inside. Thank you for sharing Annabel. You are such a brave and beautiful human. Congratulations on the coverage, I couldn’t have been more proud to help guide you through your outreach. https://www.smh.com.au//our-baby-s-life-began-and-ended-th

14.01.2022 Dontcha love hearing that the lil nugget of an idea you had all those months ago is ACTUALLY doing what you wanted it to? I tell you, I have so many brain farts and thoughts that fizzle out, so when I think I’m on to something good and run with it - it’s oh-so-joyful to find out your hunch has been validated by the big wide world. I bluddy loved reading this review for my Hack Your Own PR podcast that came through a while back. I stumbled across it again the other day and th...ought - why the heck shouldn’t I share it? Before launching the pod in March, I’d wanted to start my own podcast for so long, thanks to being a total junkie, consuming thousands of hours of pods myself. But I didn’t want to put something out there just for the sake of it. It had to be useful to people. Hearing from listeners that the episodes are truly sharpening up their skills and media mindsets - that’s a warm and fuzzy feeling I wasn’t expecting to get as part of being a host. It’s not often that we get to stand back and bask in the glow. But stopping to acknowledge our success, say a big (BIG) thank you to those who helped us get there and sharing it with the world is a core part of my PR and media philosophy. Because if you don’t tell your own story, no one else is gonna tell it for you. Beat that drum and be proud - and remember to say thank you. (Thank you, listeners!)

13.01.2022 Everyone knows that when you launch a business, you need a social media presence, a website and a marketing plan. But very few people add PR to that list of essentials. And it makes me want to CRY Skipping over PR means you’re missing out on its potential to add extra sparkle to all your hard work. You see, PR is one of the few levers you can pull in your business in a truly DIY way. It costs a lot less than paying for advertising online with Google or social media. It’s s...omething you can learn to do yourself. And it can completely set you apart from the pack. Where advertising says ‘buy this product’, a story in a favourite publication of your target customer says ‘this is important’. So if you’ve already got the website, the social media, the killer product and the customer love - you’re ready to add the cherry on top. Media attention. Not sure where to start with a media strategy? Don’t know the difference between a pitch and a media release? Guilty of googling things like ‘what is PR’? It's all good baby - I’m here to take you by the hand and show you the A to Z of this powerful and often misunderstood tool. Sign up for my Hack Your Own PR program now (like, right now, because we kick off next week!!) https://www.odetteandco.com.au/hackyourownpr

12.01.2022 These three steps are the basis of the formula I use for winning media coverage. I’ve used them for my own PR, my clients and I teach them to my Hack Your Own PR graduates. And next week I’m giving them away - crazy, right? Yep, I’m running a zero-cost masterclass on Wednesday that will give you a perfect foundation for getting your business seen. I’ll cover: - How to find your perfect media partner to romance - What preparation to do before you pitch... - The rule of 10 - What ‘romancing’ the media means Plus it’s live, so you get to ask the questions you want answers to. This is a big deal guys, I don’t often give things away! Jump on my end of year generosity and get yo’ name on that registration list now: https://www.odetteandco.com.au/live-webinar-registration

11.01.2022 Today I’m launching something prettttty special: a live webinar with yours truly where I’ll give away the 3-step formula that I use with all my clients to get the media headlines they want. Yep, I’m opening up my brain for all of you to pick in a free 45-minute session on 25 November. Why? Well, it’s been a bluddy tough year for so many people and it only feels right to give something back. The beauty of PR is that it can turn around your business without a whole lot of inves...tment. The thing that breaks my heart is that so many people don’t understand what PR is or where to begin. After this webinar, I’m hoping to change that for at least a few of you! Get the edge on your competition and up your PR know-how with this crash course that will help get your business name in front of journalists and editors - and their audiences. Registrations for 25 November are open now: https://www.odetteandco.com.au/live-webinar-registration

09.01.2022 When things are topsy turvy out there in the world, it can sometimes feel better to retreat into your shell and wait it out. Sound familiar? If you’ve been spending a lil too much time in your oh-so-cosy cocoon lately, I’m here to wave shiny sparkly things in your face to lure you out. What shiny, sparkly things, you ask? Media headlines. Eyeballs. Audiences who want to know more about your product because they’ve seen it in a magazine, newspaper or website they know and tru...st. How do you build the bridge between this rosy picture I’m painting and where you stand today? With a few of my hard-won PR tips, distilled from 10 years of experience into a hands-on, roll-up-the-sleeves, thinking-caps-on course. Yep, it’s my signature program - Hack Your Own PR. I created my this program because I truly believe that anyone can DIY their own PR. It’s not rocket science, it just takes a little time to master the formula. I’ve mapped out the exact recipe that I believe small business owners should and CAN follow to get your business featured in the media you want. Why is it important? PR is the driving force behind those brands that skyrocket in growth and bask in the warm glow of success. It’s the hidden lever that rapidly creates visibility and makes an unknown name a familiar, trusted brand. And, in so many cases, those brands are proactively seeking that attention. Are you ready to put your business out there and watch it soar on the wings of great media features? Sign up for the October intake of Hack Your Own PR today: https://www.odetteandco.com.au/hackyourownpr

09.01.2022 Oh heyyy...it me, doing my PR alongside my students. Today I was so lucky to share a topic that's super close to my heart. I talked survival strategies for xmas when you've thrown in the tipple with body+soul. As someone who doesn’t drink (anymore), I know that Christmas can be one of the most difficult times of the year to navigate.... Through gritted teeth, we prepare meals in a kitchen full of heightened emotions. There’s the onslaught of work parties, barbecues with friends, and then the big day with the family. Almost every party is anchored around popping corks, you’re catching up with people you only see once a year and, despite our best efforts, every family can have its tense moments. Somehow, it’s been seven years of sober silly seasons (how’s that for a bit of alliteration!) and survived to tell the tale...check it out!

09.01.2022 A couple of weeks ago I had the pleasure of sitting down with Tamara from Beaute Industrie to walk through the media opportunities ahead of beauty salon owners. It was such a fun chat, mostly because Tamara's cat and my cat decided they were going to be front and centre for the chat. Since our chat Tamara has gone on to pitch her story to multiple media outlets and has secured a whole bunch of coverage. ... I just love seeing people DIY their PR because I know it means the business is saving thousands of dollars in agency fees. If you are in the beauty industry and would like to establish your business as a well known, trustworthy brand, I recommend taking a listen to this episode. https://podcasts.apple.com//123-how-to-hack-y/id1391914596

07.01.2022 No, not seven minutes. Not seven dot points. Seven seconds. That’s how long you’ve got on TV to get your message across. You see, every story on the news is told with a mix of sound grabs, voice-over and pictures. And when it’s your turn to speak, you need to distil your most important points into that seven-second grab. Otherwise, you’ve missed a golden opportunity. That’s why knowing and PRACTISING your key messages is key. Every person in the Hack Your Own PR program work...s on building out a set of key messages, then refining and rehearsing them. Velvet from Train My Mate is a HYOPR grad who’s just had a tonne of coverage. Velvet had her key messages in the bag thanks to the program and in her first TV interview, her and her hubby Sam both had airtime. Velvet breezed through her key points in nice, snappy soundbites. But she told me Sam wasn’t totally happy with his performance. He felt that he didn’t nail the messages, stats and emotion the way he’d wanted to. Then, the other day, I listened to Sam on Triple M radio talking about Train My Mate - he had all his stats and key messages down pat, and was SO relaxed and clear in what he was saying. It was amazing seeing the difference this made to his two interviews. I love seeing my grads grow their confidence and knowledge. It’s a bonus when they pass the knowledge on to their significant other!

07.01.2022 Every so often, I get to work on something I’m so deeply aligned with that it doesn’t even feel like work. I know - how flippin’ lucky does that make me? Recently I had that feeling when I was working on a media strategy for Owaken Breathwork whose programs I’m so grateful to have discovered. I’ve incorporated their breathwork into my daily meditation with my partner for a while now and WOW. It’s incredible how much clarity and calm this small change to my routine has brough...t. So of course I jumped at the chance to work with these superstars on their media strategy!! It was so much fun digging into the Owaken story to identify a couple of key outlets where they can offer thought leadership content, including body + soul and GQ. Bringing the media stories that you know are going to add so much value to people’s lives is the incredible part of this job that not enough people talk about. PR truly can give you goosebumps guys!!! Have you got something that you think the world needs to know about, but you’re not sure how to get it out there? Let’s talk. There are two places available in my diary in November for those wanting a media strategy. Hit me up! Book in a 15-minute chat to kick things off: https://www.odetteandco.com.au/book-in-a-deep-dive And do check out Owaken’s program if you’re wanting more focus and clarity - I can’t recommend it enough

06.01.2022 I hate telling business owners this but here we go: your media release is not a story. It hurts to hear, I know. All your hard work, your perfectly planned communications, your VERY exciting announcement about sales results or a new product - does no one really care? Honestly? Journalists don’t. Save the media releases for your website, your team and your board. And bring journalists a story.... What is a story, exactly? You’ll hate hearing this, but there’s no simple answer. But the best way to get a sense for it is by looking at what’s already been published. That stuff is bona fide, legit, rubber-stamped media gold. If you’ve got a media outlet in mind, a place where seeing your business named would make you GLOW inside and out, start looking at every story that’s been published and ask yourself why it’s there. What makes it interesting? Why would someone want to click and give up 10 minutes of their day to read this? Melissa Wilson, the editor of Kidspot, shared this piece of wisdom when she was on my podcast a little while back. And it applies to every. single. outlet. If you’re wanting to land media headlines, start here and I guarantee you’re going to see results MUCH quicker than firing off that media release. The best thing is, these stories are out there for all the world to see. So, make the most of it, baby. Head over to the Hack Your Own PR Podcast on Spotify or Apple for more juicy juicy media tips.

05.01.2022 How does someone end up on the news? Why is that person’s face in the paper or on the homepage? Maybe they just got lucky. Maybe a journalist stumbled across their business. Or maybe they know someone who knows someone If you think media headlines come down to any of those 3 things, you’re wrong. And you’re not alone. I meet so many business owners who think the media is going to come and find them. The lightbulb moment is realising that PR is all up to you, baby. Which is... scary AF but also totally empowering, because it means you CAN change things. Want more coverage? Want different coverage? Want to speak to that teeny-tiny niche audience? Just want to know where the hell to start? Join me for a live webinar at 9.30am on Weds 25 November where I’ll break down what’s going on behind the scenes in the land of media, and share my 3-step formula to get a piece of the action yourself. Register here: https://www.odetteandco.com.au/live-webinar-registration

05.01.2022 I pulled this card out at an event the other night and it couldn’t have been more useful and aligned if it tried. Yesterday I wrapped up the final week of Hack Your Own PR for 2020, and with it, the end of my O&C working year. I have a couple of days to play with my beloved Channel Void fam and then I’m done for ze year.... And then...it’s two months to unwind and restore what this wildly crazy and unimaginable year has required of me. I’m so grateful for the growth and expansion this year has offered me professionally. I am bluddy grateful to everyone who chose to invest in HYOPR. I never imagined that being a PR educator was in my future, altho funnily enough, mum is a teacher, dad is a pilot instructor and one sister is in PR and the other is a teacher...so maybe it was in the tea leaves! I’m grateful that it was because I love LOVE love my work. And gawd hasn’t our community needed budget-friendly PR solutions this year. Who can afford a publicist in a restricting economy? Not many small biz folks. I never planned when writing my program for this wild year, but it’s almost as if I had known what lay ahead. On Wednesday night I was flippin’ delighted (albeit nervous!!) to speak at the Love What You Do event. As part of the evening, Christine Corcoran invited us to pull an intention card from a random collection. As we selected one, we had to hold something in mind that we would apply the message to. I reached out and picked this one out while thinking about my upcoming break from my business. While I’m excited for a time of rest, this is a feeling I’m not overly familiar with. There is some fear of the rest, of the quiet, of the purposeless. I’ve been wrestling with the sense of am I deserving of this, can I afford it and will everything be okay without me. All of these stories are just that, stories. And so, the words on the intention card that I pulled rang oh so true. This uncomfortable feeling you have is the expansion you have been asking for. Ahead of me is a time of deep rest and expansion. A time to read, learn and grow personally instead of professionally. A time for farmers markets, hiking adventures, of time with family, with friends...and for doing absolutely nothing. Here's to always growing in our discomfort.

04.01.2022 I’m still pinching myself that I got to interview Jamila Rizvi for my podcast, Hack Your Own PR. Squeal! Anyone in media will tell you that Jamila is a giant of the industry, going from editor in chief of Mamamia to one of the most exciting platforms in Australia today, Future Women. I couldn’t wait to pick Jamila’s brain about their fascinating business model that blends storytelling with a thriving digital community, and pre-Covid, incredible networking events. In this epis...ode, Jamila flexes her intelligence as Chief Creative Officer for Future Women, author, columnist, and podcast host as she shares how the platform has built a model that responds to its community, her thoughts on media platforms’ future success and how to pitch to Future Women and specifically, her podcast Anonymous Was a Woman. Thank you for being so generous with your wisdom Jamila Rizvi! You can listen to the ep now wherever you get your poddies or below on Apple podcasts! https://podcasts.apple.com//jamila-rizvi-on-m/id1503118547

03.01.2022 Know-like-trust is a biiiiig part of how brands create loyal customers and clients. If it sounds kinda like dating, that’s because it is! You have to woo them, my friends. And Mia Fileman, a Hack Your Own PR grad, discovered that you can reach the trust phase in record time with a little sprinkling of media attention. When people see your name in articles by media outlets that they read and respect, they’re going to listen up! How did Mia do it? She didn’t wait her turn. She ...wasn’t sitting by the phone waiting for a journalist to call her. She sent out emails, and put her and her business Idiello out there, and got the op-eds, the thought leadership pieces and the media attention her business deserved. And she was ready, because she’d used the tools and templates of my program to figure out her story, hone her key messages, and romance the journalists she wanted to talk about her. And the results have been sooooo sweet my friends. Increased exposure and reach, increased social community, increased traffic to our website, a growing database, and 6 speaking opps for Mia in the next 6 months. If this is the kind of dynamite your business is ready for, get your name down for my Hack Your Own PR program that starts in just under 3 weeks! https://www.odetteandco.com.au/hackyourownpr

03.01.2022 I'm so bluddy proud of the strength and resilience of this beautiful human. I've had the absolute joy of working alongside Jody Vassallo on two projects that have been nothing short of life-changing for me. I have learned how to be a better version of myself, just being in her shadow. This human gives and gives and gives and the world is a better place for having her in it. Earlier this year, Jody's town narrowly escaped the front of the fires, but the neighbouring towns wer...en't so lucky. Jody lived in absolute fear not knowing if she would have a home to come back to each day when she left to volunteer for the RFS. To process the grief and fatigue that the fires wore down, Jody penned a beautiful children's book along with artist, Cara King. It's the cutest, tear-jerking, soul-nourishing read for your little people, particularly those who may still be holding onto fear after the fire. I'm so SO bluddy grateful to Georgia Done and the incredible team at The Project for their love and attention pulling this gorgeous feature story together, shining a light on the Brave Bottom Wombat. Congratulations Jody, I'm so proud of you x

01.01.2022 Is there anything worse than making grand plans to do professional development, investing your cash (and time!), only to feel totally uninspired by the learning format? Or - worse - to totally flake on your OWN learning because no one was keeping you accountable? I’ve been there and I’ve wasted A BUNCH of money on expensive courses that I didn’t even complete. So, I decided to channel all of that into what NOT to do in my own programs. Hack Your Own PR is designed around my l...earning style. Because I know that sometimes we need a little extra hand holding and accountability to make sure we show up and do the work. So there are no pre-recorded videos. This is 100% live calls in small groups.I’ll be there with you every week, walking you through the theory, brainstorming your personal story ideas, your key messages and helping to build your confidence. There’s homework. And there’s no hiding in the corner if you haven’t done it. Your group of fellow students are there to support you, too. There’s space to ask questions, gain feedback and be part of a growing community of small business owners who will champion your PR journey. Plus I do a personal call with each of you to make sure you’re reaching your goals with the program and to address any questions you have. 01.01.2022 A couple of years ago I had the delight of doing a little freelance work with the award-winning integrated agency, Fuel in Sydney. There were so many cool things about this time, among these was the fact that I got a chance to work alongside my sister who I'll forever be in awe of professionally. She's smart AF, intense, professional while simultaneously being wildly unprofessional - I have always wanted to soak up more of her brain, so this was a rare and cherished opportu...nity. One of the other highlights was meeting talented PR folks who are absolute guns at their game. I delighted in being surrounded by the likes of Tom Lock, Rob Tolan and Rachael Cameron - they were hilarious, motivated, clever, warm, kind and bluddy generous. I don't think it matters where you are at in your journey, you always learn more by being surrounded by this calibre of humans. Last year I had the absolute good fortune of travelling to Austin, Texas to soak up allllll of the magic that SXSW offers, yep I left the country (ahh those were the days!) and while on the other side of the globe bumped into this fabulous human. We caught up for tacos and debriefed all of the insights we were downloading across the epic seven days of conferencing. We were somewhat brain dead from the intense growth and mind expansion, but the lols spilled over and I was grateful to find a familiar face, chasing that thirst for knowledge. Recently, I messaged Tom in my pursuit of research for the program that I'm currently developing for PRs. And so, this morning I found myself picking Tom's brain over breakfast about his years in publicity, the acronyms, the overwhelm, the excitement and the brand mentions...and it set my soul on fire. Thanks, Tom, for your generosity and the lols...always bluddy good chats.
