21.01.2022 Over the past few years we have had the pleasure of developing a relationship with CC's Kitchen and Petersen’s farm. We love to utilise their produce on our menu. Not to long ago severe storms went through the Woolooga area with 3 rounds of hail in one day. Their crop was wiped out over night! It will take up to 3 month for their crop to recover. We still show our support and purchase CC’s pickle and other items for our menu. If you would like to show your support you can find CC’s kitchen at the Maryborough food markets every Thursday morning.

We are developing an intimate bistro and bar with a focus on delivering an experience unique to the Fraser Coast region. Our primary objective is to deliver the freshest seasonal produce locally sourced from the Wide Bay region. We aim to provide an exciting and interesting wine, beer and spirit selection for your enjoyment. The Odyssey experience will reflect all that we deeply appreciate about food, drink, service and atmosphere. We are Odyssey Bistro and we invite you to join us on our journey.

We personally collect the produce every Tuesday directly from the farms Our chefs write a menu each week based on availability at the time of ordering. Basically, no two weeks will be the same at Odyssey.
