15.01.2022 Big shout out to my client Matt on his progress for the last 28 days No super low calorie crash diets or extreme training here. Just good sustainable lifestyle habits of cooking his own food, training 3 times a week for 30-45mins and increasing his NEAT (non exercise activity thermogenesis) he increased his daily activity ... Yes people just making better decisions with your food and increasing your steps with walking can still have fast results Matt lost close to 10kg while still enjoying his life and going to social events and having a few drinks every now and then. He still enjoyed at least 3 solid meals a day with a snack and was just more aware of his total caloric intake for each day, and focused on making the meals either himself or his partner so they new exactly what was in each meal. Well done Matt very proud of you mate your a great example of what a difference simple sustainable lifestyle changes can make.
