A lot of the time people focus on things like flooring, partitions, cabinetry, workstations, kitchen design, bathrooms and furnishings, and overlook the ceiling all together. But as this photo of our fitout of The Jellis Craig Eltham offices shows the ceiling can be the one thing that makes a space truly special.

Occupying an entire ground floor, the build will involve construction of nine new offices and meeting rooms, lowering the ceiling so that services perform more efficiently and installation of all furnishings and fittings.
