23.01.2022 Choose one: Track calories or waste your time But on a serious note here are 3 reason why its good to know how many calories you need to be having. 1. You can make sure you are eating enough. Not eating enough is going to effect your energy levels as well as your performance. It can also slow down your metabolism by telling your body to store food because it isn’t getting much.... 2. It helps you track your progress or lack of progress so you can make adjustments. However this will only be effective if you are consistent with your eating and training habits. 3. If you know your calories, you are in control of your choices.
